Proof Mr Pins is a scammer

Heres a old report. Guide selling isn't allowed but he still scammed the guy cause he already knew it. Even so he agreed to pay beforehand so it still counts as a scam.

Anyways heres a a guy he scammed. Even if the pin says invalid window he did what mr pins told him. So its his fault and since the pin wasn't working he still scammed him cause he got payed.
