I'm posting this dispute in regard to Runescape™. I honestly, fully support the unban.

How long ago did you manage to get jagex to change the name and you sniped it?

 

That's what he said on the Skype call.

He can prove it's an email login.

 

Alright. I am acquainted with the previous owner of "9" (he has offered to sell it to me a few times over the past 6 months), so I am going to try and contact him and see what he has to say about the events that led to 9 changing hands.

Just saying I support the unban, but I had no other choice at the time but to ban him.

 

I'm not quite sure why he wouldn't be unbanned, because if the fact is that it's a all new account, and he had no contact with the original owner (or he did, but he wasn't involved with the scamming) then I wouldn't understand why he would be banned.

I understand you had no other choice, but I'm just trying to clear things up because he's a good friend of mine.

 

I mean, I don't have the power to unban people, which is why I'm awaiting a Globals decision.

I as well support an unban, if there is proof that its just a display name, there is no reason he should be banned just to happen to pick up a display name that was once used to scam

Over a week later..

 

Sorry, I had another 5 day Army event and am getting back on top of things. Word through the grapevine is that Logan is no longer the owner by no malicious means though, and 9 is the display name as stated in the dispute. Unbanned.

(And I laughed my ass off at that video btw).
