Question about VPN

So I have pretty bad internet, Verizon Mifi, and I was wondering if a VPN is a faster internet source? I've never actually used one, and idk if it would still be slow internet or not, all suggestions are appreciated

 

for botting, yes
for normal use, no cause you have a delay from your pc to the vpn

 

I don't actually think it generally makes your internet any quicker, sometimes however a VPN may bypass the ISP's throttles and maybe make it slightly faster but you need to remember that a VPN simply adds a new network interface which you are working with as if you are working with direct internet connection. But the IP is different, and all traffic is encrypted.

Unfortunately you are thinking about a VPS not a VPN.

it won't be really faster
normaly a http request goes from your computer to your isp, then over a few other servers to your wanted website
try it with a tracert commend
>run > cmd >tracert WEBSITE OR IP HERE
you will find out how long it takes till you come to your desired webpage
now try it with a vpn, you will see what's faster
