Un-Locking account! Help

Okay, so I just bought an account. One hour after trade it was locked because they thought it was stolen. I had time to put on my own recovs.

I sent in an appeal and it was denied for these reasons

Recovs, said I should provide earlier ones. Do I write them in the bottom box with the question and answers and do I answer the recently set recoveries?

Contact details. They said to give the IP address state, country do I also put that in the bottom box

also said any CC or SMS pin info bought.. but the seller told me there were none.

Any1 know if there is something I can say to them to make them unlock it..

 

You put the recoveries in the bottom box (the old ones), the IP and stuff go in the designated box that says "IP". You most likely got scammed, and he didn't give you enough information to recover the account back.

 

Try contacting the seller, if you can't get a hold of him/her within a few days. Then file a Scamming Dispute about it here:

Provide as much information as possible, the more pictures of conversations/trades you show, the better your chances are at getting the user banned.
