Best way to level Herblore?

What's the best and cheapest way to level Herblore?

I am currently level 36.

 

RS wiki has a good list of cheap potions based on current market prices.

Erm, combat pots / agility pots.

 

Until 38 I'd do Energy potions

Then at 38 you can do Prayer. Prayer potions are great. You can sell them back instantly so you'll have no problem being stuck with crap potions.

When you hit Super attacks you might want to change potions and start making those instead, if you're losing more money with super attacks, stay with prayer potions. When you hit level 52 you can make super energies. Again check if super energies are less expensive. If they are, use them.

Continue doing those 3 (whichever is cheapest at the moment) until level 81. Then you switch to Saradomin brews until level 99.

although slow
