well it says im not perm banned anymore , but im perm muted
if im not perm banned , wont i be able to play it?

You're not permanently banned, only muted, meaning yes, you can still play on the account, if that's what you're asking ;l.
Also, many of your offences will dissapear over a certain amount of time i believe.

 

My offence will expire:
N/A

What do they mean with that will it never expire or what? It's really sad

 

I'm guessing if there is not a set-time for your offence to expire, then yes, it will not expire. What is the offence?

 

Account Sharing/Trading And It's Appealable

 

Appeal it, but don't make an apology. Say something about it wasn't you on the account, use a proxy or a different location for the change of IP. I'm pretty sure they don't expire.
