Runescape Private Server Help

I am making my own private server and used the runelocus starter pack. I want help from someone here who can help me edit the server to basically be a copy of Near Reality, but for personal use and testing. I will play on it with my friends and it will just be me my brother and 2 friends. This server is not for sharing just for personal use with friends. Please help if possible pm me and i will look forward to your help! Thanks allot!
