My Main Got Locked [HELP]

My main.. lvl 118 got locked. Its happened before and ive gotten it before but its once taken 1 month. My ex friend who never knew the pass or anything just does a lot of account recoverys on it and hes even admitted to it. I heard you can make it so any account recovery thing wont work for your account because jagex stops accepting them and ive seen it. Please tell me how to get it like that... Thanks.

 

Hmm may be you can report at customer support? Appels worked sometimes, but mostly are rejected and you get permanently banned or locked. Well, just try. I hope you can recover your account back. That lvl 118 is truly of hard work for you to establish an account like that.
