Report/post/reason that got you banned: ban evading/ original account althekiper, believe i was banned for helping a friend scam someone around 500k-1m gp this was around 4-5 years ago i believe cant find dates as cant search this site to see when account was active but it was a very long time ago
Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: unfortunately because the scam i was involved with was so long ago I have no idea who the victim is so can not repay, I know this will probably be one of the reasons that you vote against me.
Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: That one scam I was originally involved with was a mistake and i never did anything else against the rules after that other then the ban evading committed on the user i question on this thread. I know last time I appealed I was rejected someone posted accusing me of self vouching just want to say that that is not true although you wont believe me anyway.
Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
The scam I committed was a very long time ago and I believe that I have changed a lot in the years since then. I am sorry but I can not give a detailed description as it was so long ago to be honest I am not even sure what it was I did originally to get banned(althekipper). Although I was aware that my account was banned when i created the runescape ner95 account so for ban evading I am defiantly guilty and sorry for deceiving this community. I was using the runescape ner95 account frequently and was the only account that I had since "althekipper" I was a member of the comunity for over a year on "runescape ner95" until I went to donate to the site through a guy named black tux I believe? anyway he noticed that my email matched the email account of "althekipper" and then I was Banned for ban evading. So thats all I have to say today if u are reading this thanks for that, I hope that you at least consider me because I enjoyed being part of this community and am going to keep appealing every now and again until you let me back.
