Buying CB100+ acc [UK ONLY][Cash mail]

Hi, i havent played RS in approximately a year, but yesterday, having looked at some youtube videos, my long time addiction has been revived. Since my 2 YEAR ACCOUNT has been stupidly banned, i cant be arsed to waste another 2 years training a new account up. Therefore i want to buy a level 100+ main, prefferably with some good skills.

I live in Surrey, in England so i will be more than grateful if you could meet up for a face to face transaction, but mail order is also another option if that is not possible. I am not doing paypal, western union etc as i am under 18 and paypal wont verify me -.-

I will not go first as this is my first time ever doing a transaction, so to be honest, i dont trust ANYONE.

I am looking to spend around 50GBP max, the account should also have some sort of money and/or useful items on it, as i cba to spend forever making money.
