Runescape Main level 95/ Read

I came back to playing Runescape and realised finally that's it's not for me, my account is level 95 with around 60qp lol I know that's bad!! I haven't got an email registered to it or security questions so no chance I'm gonna recover this account. My first time seeking on sythe and I'm willing to use a middleman for this transaction.
