Fight Caves help?

Hey guys, I have a question that I would appreciate help with
So I am in need of a Fire Cape (Thanks Ignis Capes you ***hat for scamming 4m...), and decided to go the DIY method at least until Jad.
My stats are:
80 str 99 atk 45 def 99 range 95 pray 96 hp 96 mage
Anyways, I wanted your experience on what I should bring in my inventory. I am going to be using Karils X-Bow, glory, black d'hide, Guthix Coif, barrows gloves, Snakeskin boots, and archer ring. However, I am currently in curses right now, and am entertaining the idea of using Soul Split as an alternative way to heal up after a fight (on the 180s, or 45s) has anyone had experience with this method? If so, what should I bring in my inventory?
Additionally, I am worried about the fact that I might mess up on Jad (if I can't find someone to do Jad for me.) Do you think that it would be a waste of inventory space to bring Disruption Shield with me in case I mess up? This would allow for 1 mistake per minute.
