jagex wtf?

    ok so for some reason I can't login to my account via the runescape website HOWEVER I can login INGAME, so I'm trying to add membership, and it tells me that my user+password are incorrect, also the captcha thing isn;t showing up, it's just a white box

    Well, there could be 2 reasons.

    One your not logging onto the runescape site, and instead you're logging onto a phishing look alike site.

    OR

    Your simply entering the wrong username and password.

    Probably saying incorrect because you aren't putting the captcha thing in. Restart firefox, update java etc to get the captcha phrase to load

    This has happened to me before. I simply deleted my browser's cache and restarted the browser. Then it was all good.

    Happened to me, couldn't log in ingame but i could log in into changing password thingy, and i just changed password.

    I think you should just clear up your cache then reboot whatever internet browser you use
