Should Have a Recovering Via Email

i belive sythe should let players recover there accounts via email.... Because The admins and mods dont reply to recovering your account till you've pulled your eye sockets out.... Iv been waiting a week now no reply. My acc got hacked a while back couldnt recover, and now found out how to recover and all my posts and account is banned by hacker, and im pissed. I just found out how to recover your acc via post on dispute form but Recovering via email would make life SO MUCH EASIER. Please take this into consediration?

 

Face palm... There is one but people change the email... and @hotmail.com or @live.com are very vunerable so not proof.
