    Give this a try and let me know if it works from a school computer with restrictions. If your school computer does not have java you have to install it. If you can not then you are shit out of luck.

    Most school computers do not have java which is the main problem most people have when trying to play in school.

    Try to get Java in a CD or a flash memory then install it.
    Afterwards, try using zend2.com :D

    I know seriously? Why would you take runescape home? Only a couple of close friends even know that I play....

    the only way to run it as a proxy is if you use a batch file and you use the right commands

    or you configure your scools browser to run off of a proxy manually? search for proxy ip lists and put one that works into your browsew proxy settings. /win
