    Unlocking accounts

    Anyone know anything about unlocking accounts when you know f*** all details about it?

    Kinda brought an account ages it ago, it got locked the guy gave me fake details -,-

    Unlocking accounts

    If you do not have all details it will not be unlocked. If Jagex sees that the account will become unsafe again, then it will not be unlocked.

    you can always message jagex saying that you forgot a few account details and you ask if you still need it. most likely they will accept the next appeal if not unlock the account itself (from when you send the message). dont say its crap, it happened to me before.

    You need some details. You can't expect to get back the account without any lol.

    yeah, just go to the billing support query, then log in (with a throwaway account) then just say the username of the account, tell them to double check everything, and you were trying to activate membership on it after you quit or something, and that for no reason it got locked. and if they give you the bullshit of "gtfo, this is member query only", then try again on a different account, but these are examples of success.
    -if they say anything to do with, adjustment, such as "I ajusted the (example:creation details) so you can try again".
    -anything to do with trying again. "try again"
    -anything saying that "you should not need (example:creation details) to recover this account, I'll look into it".
    and after that if you got most of the info, just wait 3 days, there is a 90% chance that you will get success, providing that you got enough information.
    I recovered my locked account over 50 times altogether, and if it got denied more than 2 times, I would send in a message saying blah and blah, and they usually responded with one of those examples said above, only a few times did they tell me to gtfo tho.

    E-mail Jagex at "[email protected]"

    Pretend that you're the parent of that account's owner. You won't get the account back on the first 10 tries guaranteed. Just keep mailing them (It took me 30+ back and forth replies with them in e-mail telling them "my son truly has learned his lesson about breaking your rules, therefore, I believe he can properly utilize his account. Please un-ban it for the welfare of my son".)

    If they deny you in e-mail replies, keep sending them saying, for example, "my son truly is the owner of this account and if you indeed unlock my son's account, he'll properly manage and remember all the account details from now on."

    No matter what they tell you in the reply, always reply to them until they get so irritated that they'll buy into your wishes.

    Also, don't use stupid e-mail addresses like "[email protected]", use more generic ones such as "[email protected]" that'll make it seem like a genuine parent has e-mailed them.

    Unlocked it 2nd time around, I didn't really remember many details about the account but it got unlocked, I was really supprised actually.

    On another note the hacker has fucked up the account :)
