For the love of GOD!

I'm making this thread because there is a problem on Sythe that is really starting to piss me, and others, off.

Can we all please stop making stupid, immature names like 'Ifkurmum' and 'm0thurf4kk3r' and claiming them as rare? IF YOU JUST MADE THE NAME, THEN IT ALMOST CERTAINLY IS NOT RARE.

'rareness - rarity: noteworthy scarcity'

The names that are being branded as rare here are Sythe are certainly not scarce - it seems that everybody here has a name shop with these sorts of names in them.

- Leet/1337/L33T Names are NOT rare
- Sexual names are NOT rare (and will likely be banned if you play on them for more than 5 minutes)
- Four or more letter names are NOT rare.

Here are some examples of RARE names:

Hello
I
You
We
Lol
Cool
X
Qt
Pot
RuneScape
Pepsi
Yoda

These are also rare, but not as expensive as the above:

ajd
sjh
lop
jsu
asi

But these most certainly are not rare:

1337fuka
ipwnul0l
iskruy0rmum

If you make names like the above, and think that they are cool or clever or special in any way, then I have two words to say to you.

GROW UP!

Now, please understand, I have nothing against you selling these names (although I highly doubt anybody will buy them). But, DO NOT say they are rare. We should be able to browse the marketplace and find REAL rare names, without having to go through pages and pages of CRAP. It is impossible to distinguish between standard names and rare names, since they are both being called 'rare' names.

Please review your names and if they are not rare, do not call them rare! End of rant.

Thanks for saying, but, some people ACTUALLY like sexual,1337 names.

 

Buying/selling those names are fine however stupid they are, but like I said they need to stop being calling rare.
