Runescape Dueling GL GF annoying?

Is it just me or is it really annoying when people say GL and GF in a duel/fight? I mean obviously they really dont mean the goodluck or else why would they be staking..
Whenever people tell me Gl im like thanks or thanks I hope you die.
I just really find it pointless why you would want to wish your opponent that your dueling for 100M goodluck.



Also the GF thing..or GG. It doesnt bother me as much but still does.
Why state the obvious that you just died. Its not really saying it as sportsman like more like GF kid I owned you sit kid.



Another is when people Say "hit" "hit" "hit".
Saying hit isnt going to make you hit lmfao. Its also annoying.



Yeah thats about it just wondering if it annoys anyone else.
Just had to put it out there lol I would ask one of the noobs Im dueling but not enough time because I always own them too fast :laugh:

 

It's just...polite. I'd rather someone say them than not.

 

I always find whenever I say anything back I miss getting hit hard and can't eat. I've died a few times by replying to someone.. So I've stopped replying when Im PKing and stuff.

 

People will sit there and be like gl, omg, wow, hit, hit, stats? stats????? It's like kid, I'm boxing shhhhh

 

I tend to lose when I talk. When I'm boxing I just Stfu.

 

I myself, don't say those kind of things because I am most likely too busy trying to KO the person, rather than type anything.

i have my public off during a fight. if it is a close fight i might say gf, but otherwise i don't need to see anything they're saying.

 

I'm pretty superstitious. I have noticed that usually spamming "omg noo" or "plz jaagex" has lead to better hits. Just me though.

 

The thing that annoys me the most is when kids lose and say "gf jagex". It just seems stupid to me and I find that the most annoying. I do agree though, GL and GF is pointless. I usually don't reply when people say that to me.

 

It's so annoying if you lose 50M+ and they say 'Gf'.

 

if u risk a shit load its such a pain to see them say gf. even though they mean good fight they may aswell be saying 'get fucked'
