Runescape Discussion on General Discussion

[Macroman]

As the title says, this section is not to be used to RuneScape discussion. At all.

We already have a RuneScape General Discussion forum and one for RSC General Discussion as well.

Anyone that posts a topic about RuneScape here will receive an infraction.

This rule isn't been followed at all and i don't think its been enforced enough.

Make it a 2 point infraction, to make sure people know not to post in there.

theres like 200 threads on Runescape in there.
