    cheapest way from 42-60: Curses or Fists of Guthix.
    fastest way from 42-60: Alching
    most profitable way from 42-60: Fists of Guthix (no profit but you don't lose any cash)

    Low alch isn't really good exp.

    You could superheat addy bars if you have the smithing level. That can be profit if the G.E. prices are right.

    Fastest way would be using your highest possible attack spell.
