Runescape client

Hi everyone.. as i am posting this i do not want to sound stupid, although i have been watching various streamers today, and a vast majority of them must be using a different client or have some different settings in game..
For instance they kill a monster, and it has the name of the item dropped above the item and how much its worth???

can someone please inform me of how or where to get this.

What's the difference between the free and the pro version and how do you pay to go pro don't really fancy sharing my bank account details, and how much better is pro.

For the item drop and value one that's OSBuddy like linked above, and you will have to buy pro. the difference is just some add-ons like in pro you can see value/items on floor but in regular version you can't. if you play often it's worth the $2.00
