    Runescape Client Question

So they are having some legal issues with texas and I cannot download the client since I live in texas, can I still use the client if someone gives me a link to it or will my ip still keep it from working?

....? You don't need taxes or any legal things to use the RuneScape client...it's free and you can just download it from the website itself.

Texas not taxes, you cant download it from the website if you live in texas.

I'm using it for RiD bots and their forums say swiftkit may interfere with the bot.

    Thank you working perfectly.
