Very paranoid now...

Now that those who were involved in the duped glitch are getting banned/locked. I'm wondering whether my customers have given me some of the duped cash and whether I should accept the GP in which I am getting from those who I am giving my service to... What should I do? Should I be worried and stop accepting GP for the time being?

Wait a week and see what happens, Jagex usually ban anyone who bug abuses almost instantly. Might be worth transferring any RSGP you have to a safe account that you have NOT glitched on, just to be safe.

 

I wouldn't worry, Jagex have stated they are going to investigate those instigating the actual glitch itself. I'd imagine if you stay clear of major gold sellers or anyone you know who was directly and heavily involved in using the glitch then you should be pretty safe.

 

Most likely Jagex won't ban you for accepting gold from glitchers. But just to be on the safe side, I'd transfer it off through staking or something to a mule, just in case they do a ban/roll back on some accounts to get the economy back up.

 

Alright but it's already in a mule and I've gotten less than 60M since the duping started so I'm guessing I'm safe and that they don't regulate such small trades?

One of my charactors that i had is banned. It was just a bank charactor in which i glitched on. So no wait a week because we are all getting banned atm

 

I wouldn't be scared they won't track it that far through you just to get a mere 60m. They are most likely going to be targeting the larger parts of this not the people buying under 100m.

The RSGP will have been cycled through so many people and miscellaneous items that by the time you get it Jagex won't be able to confirm it was duped or not. You're safe to continue i would say.

 

I wouldn't worry about it too much, it's not like the coins that were duped have a specific coding to them. And it was definetly cycled through a lot of people already, for all we know Suomi could have 5k of the duped cash. Doesn't mean he'll get banned, nor will you.

 

I don't think you'll have to worry, as they only ban the DUPER himself, not the ones that the cash are being given too.

I have the duped gp still was just banned on my bank char. After i glitched i staked it to my pure and im playing as we speak. So i guess its safe. Was scared before lol.

 

For the moment, I would recommend steering clear of any major gold sellers. They have at least 5B at a time and with that kind of amount, most likely some of it is glitched gold.
