i was thinking, isnt it kinda rare with accounts that have 34 total now? since u cant make a new characther without training either wc or minning

 

Well, not very rare. It is rare in the fact that you can't make them, but a lot of level 3s were created without the 4 mining/ WC. It's rare enough to be $1 or $2, but that's about it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe it is possible to 'skip' the new Tutorial Island. It has been recently implemented and thus 34 Total Levelers can be still created.

 

Honestly way to many people have level 3's with no levels. Maybe in the far future worth a dollar but not now.

 

They wont even be worth $1 , unless the option to skip the tut is going to be removed

 

Well some people could be interested in those types.. Mabey 5$+
