Buying RS Account w/ a WoW account

Ok so after a 7 year "break" from runescape, I decided I would play it again. Nostalgia is calling, so here is what I have to offer:

WoW Account
85 Holy Paladin in nearly all epics, with 525 mining and engineering. 310% flying,
around 4k in gold, but much more in items. Plethora of heirloom items (message for list).
80 Warrior
83 Hunter
49 Twink (NOT 49 YET), but has THE BEST armor, weapons, and enchants in inventory.

I have played this paladin since vanilla, but stopped in December due to boredom. I logged on last month to check what I had.

I am looking for a 60+ RS account with nice items and some gold.


EDIT:
I also have a vent server we can chat on, since I have 0 transactions on accounts. After reading around, I acknowledge the threat of scams, and I will go to the necessary lengths to make sure this is a smooth transaction.
