Runescape Account Checker

How can you check username and passwords from runescape?

Before, I had this link and if the page said successful login it would say the user and pass is correct and if it said incorrect login, it would say bad user and pass.

Now, it always says incorrect login even if a valid account is entered. Any ideas?
