    Scroll With Page Menu Bar
    I think it'd be cool that if the top menu bar/banner scrolled with the page when you scroll down.

    So you can always easily refresh where you're at (it's my habit to click the banner) load your user cp, search, private message, etc... in case you're in the middle of a long thread both ways and wanna go to the index :p...

    plus, it'd just be cool.
