    [OS] Can you get addy gloves without get any attack exp? Obby zerker?
    title says most of it, i am currently 16 attack, 75 strength, 1 defence, 1 pray.
    i will be wanting to quest my def to 45, i was wondering if i can get addy gloves and what quest i should do to get 45 defence? i want to try and keep my attack and pray as close to the levels they currently are
