Filing a report against Nick (not the ex-admin)

I searched this guy up on Skype and he holds 25 mutual contacts to me + is called Nick. Originally I didn't think anything of it but when I searched his other Skype it links to this account:
nicksep

Now nsep777 and nicksep. I'm assuming the "n" is nsep777 stands for Nick.

Anyway Nicksep was banned. In a report I noticed he used this Skype:

Anyway, I did some research and it seemed as if "nicksep" was banned for ban evading sinkovsky. As shown by a banned report here:

This in itself was NOT enough evidence to get him banned though, so I dug even further.

Upon searching his Skype, I found a banned Aimware account:
AIMWARE - Profile of Sinksep

Proof of Skype here?
AIMWARE - Selling Aimware Subscriptions for alternate payments.
Furthermore also banned from OSBot: https://osbot.org/forum/profile/235581-nicksep/ (although I'm not sure that this would be sufficient considering the Admin Maldesto is banned on Sythe right now)

Lastly, to kick it all off I'll link another offsite ban from D3Scene:
