Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: Was hacked I guess a long time ago when I got out of the RS Blackmarket. Getting back into stuff and would like my original account back.

Anything else you wish to say: I tried getting this back a couple years ago and it never went through. It makes no sense why if I'm the original owner of an account I can't get it back. I can't create an account cause it says an account from my IP has already been created.
