Proof that it's their Discord: screen shots and sythe confirmation.
Explanation of the trade: quest Cape payed $310 in total.
How they scammed: first half of quest Cape done, very happy with the service from the first half. 2nd half, payment made. Didn't start work for a long period then no contact from rune metrix. Finally replied after 12 days and stated work has started and won't go past completion date. (13th August) still not finished and worker not doing any more work on account. Changed account password today as worried. No contact from rune metrix.

As from the images he stated a full refund of the 2nd half if the work went past the delivery date. Which it has done, I wish for the account to be completed and the compensation. The whole part of the 2nd half of quest Cape has been hell and I wish I had gone else where to get the service. I accidently unfriended him and still not getting any replies. I'm not sure what to do. Please can you guys advice.
