Possible worker issue

More making note of it for now while I do further investigating over the weekend.

So I have just found worker on yet again another thread (not just his service thread he "apparently didn't know he made" or something along those lines) I know he works for @WhiteApeKing who i'm also unsure if he knows about this or has anything against workers doing it.

It seems as I informed TPZ I am going to have to make my thread again over the weekend to make sure this isn't being over used or violated to protect both myself and customers.

- This is the original thread I found him doing the potential tos breach. I did warn him of which I just got "wow" and then some other literal excuse. It's not like I haven't given a warning either, and even now just told him that if he had re-agreed to my tos then it would have been different.

- The original response when he was shown it, apparently it's an old thread yet it's still being bumped?



- Todays convo, I did find it interesting that he pmed me such an request, as we all know hardcores are far from cheap.


This is more just a note report in case I need to provide anything further in any cases such as customers being hacked or so forth.

Edit - Just found my original TOS that I would of used on here too but due to my inactivity over on OSBot, I have shown Sythe more love/changes.

I think it goes without saying, he isn't a "bad" guy or bad worker by no means, although there was almost no communication in any tickets given, which made it quite hard to keep in contact with him unless a payment was needed to be sorted. Beyond that, it's just the now 2-3 counts (if you class the working for another place too, that'll be 3 strikes) that he broke.

 

Chances are you wont receive a reply, it's very hard to get a response from him when he was doing orders as it is. He did also agree to my TOS on my hiring thread, so i'd assume he does in fact know
