Explanation of the trade: @kbailey91 was purchasing an account from @RuneMetrix for BTC.

How they scammed: @kbailey91 wanted to buy a specific account, @RuneMetrix said he sold the account but had a different account he could sell. RM was going to get an infernal on the account, and @kbailey91 sent the money over to RM. RM has since ghosted @kbailey91 and the account is now locked. @kbailey91 no longer feels comfortable with the account and would like a refund.

Posting on behalf of @kbailey91. He's stated that he would like a refund and he doesn't feel comfortable keeping the account because of @RuneMetrix 's sketchy behavior as well as his messages stating that he will be leaving Sythe.

We'd like you to reconsider. 6 different people on this thread claimed unfinished work, miscommunication for days, if not a week or more. Then claims of leaving the market and sythe. These accounts are not safe in the long term and should warrant a refund if the buyer has doubts.

In addition to this, @RuneMetrix continued to respond and talk to "new" clients to sell more accounts + services and ignored (FOR WEEKS until a scam report was opened) existing clients whom he owed money to. This is shady as fuck. It's clear by the messages that @RuneMetrix doesn't care if he looks bad as he is leaving the market and Sythe. HUGE red flags for someone who is buying an account or having services completed. - What if this account gets locked in the future? Do you really believe that @RuneMetrix will respond to those messages? Don't think so.


Reported on January 9th, 2023. - Ignored since December 27th, 2022. Almost 2 WEEKS. only responding because of a scam report. SHADY.

You can read the rest in the other report thread. Point being, 6 people came forward. He had clients that he ghosted for weeks that requested refunds, yet he was still messaging others to sell more accounts + services.

@kbailey91 would like to further insinuate that the reason he is requesting a refund is not because @RuneMetrix ignored him for a few days. It's also because of the multiple reports, and because RM claimed that he is leaving the market and will no longer be on Sythe. @RuneMetrix might have been reputable in the past, but having ignoring clients for weeks because they requested a refund is shady in itself. Then claiming to be leaving the market after selling an account is also shady.

Give the man his refund. I'm sure if you were in his shoes you'd like one as well.

 

Case and point @RuneMetrix needs to be held liable and should be refunding that account. @kbailey91 never fully took responsibility over the account. In the screenshots above you can see that he logged in for a brief moment and noticed that one of the items @RuneMetrix claimed to be on the account was not on the account so he logged off and asked RM to get it for him. At this point @RuneMetrix proceeded to ignore his messages.

Next day @kbailey91 sent another message and stated that the account was locked.

@RuneMetrix like previously stated, I'd like to put the emphasis on the fact that @RuneMetrix stated that he is leaving the market.

3 RED FLAGS.

If this account gets locked again in the future @kbailey91 is fucked.

Take it from @RuneMetrix himself. "doesn't really matter to me".

If he can ghost people whom he owes services and money to, what makes you think he'll respond to someone who's account got locked.

Refund should be issued here.

@RuneMetrix how the fuck are you going to ignore clients when they run into issues, but gladly sell services and more accounts to others?

Also, @Zora you seem to put quite an emphasis on

I'd also like to see the messages between @Zora and @RuneMetrix .
