How long does it take jagex to view a ban appeal?

Wondering how long it took Jagex to view other peoples appeals cause I have been waiting almost 3 months.... Any idea how much longer I could be waiting?

 

Sometimes, never. If you're banned for botting and make an appeal they usually don't look at it.

 

It depends on what day it is, what time it is and the Back log of appeals. Typical response times are around 2 days in my experience.

 

They don't really check appeals, your best bet is contacting them via a jmods twitter.

Odds are if you don't get a response within a week it has been ignored. Send in a ticket, if they ignore it, send another. Only way to get a response is by bothering them enough.

Jagex dont read them at all.. They will autoreply on some time.

 

i aslo thoguht there were reading appels, sadly i have seen that it's not true, it's been over a year now since my acc got banned and i still didn't have an answer

 

I got an very old account that still has banned for 30k hours lol...

 

My Main is banned since August last year and my appeal is still pending. I contacted them via twitter and they said they looked into it and my main will stay banned.

 

yeah they dont typically read them..i sent a message via twitter for my account banned back in 2009 for bug abuse..they said no way to get unbanned so xD

 

Most of the time they never read them.

Some say it's an automated system that bans and unbans, who knows.

 

in the meantime i suggesst you to use other ways to contact them, like e-mail, twitter, facebook etc.

 

Basically, they have thee worst customer service next to activision and infinityward. If you pay for their game they could care less, you're fucked.

Yeah once you're perm banned for dat bot life u done son. They will never view your appeal bro.

 

I got a wrongful macro ban on my account. They say they don't look at macro bans now (not 100% sure on this), but I tweeted @JagexBeno and at first he said my ban was correct, I told him to check once again properly and gave him some extra information and it got unbanned via twitter.

I don't think Mod Beno checks reports on twitter now, you can try but I think you'd have to tweet @JagexSupport. But if you DID actually do something wrong there is no point at all in appealing.
