Explanation of the trade: every time trying to withdraw crypto winnings of 5000USD+ getting "The data provided seems to be invalid. Ensure that your address is valid" error while withdrawals working for everyone else.
How they scammed:
Their system is done so that if you win large and try to withdraw, you will get some "generic" error, then you MUST go to discord, open ticket and wait for their admins to "wake up" (which takes hours). I am not even talking about gold withdrawal here, crypto....

First time it happened to me I threatened with scam report and owner quickly appeared with a solution - "fixed" their system, btw no explanation was given on what happened.

Second time I wont 10k USD, tried to withdraw using crypto and again same "issue". It was late night, admins overseeing tickets kept telling me to wait for owner or their dev who were offline for hours. They keep telling to put funds to vault but that is not an option when you are addicted gambler and want to pull out funds from casino asap so you could have rest time to cooldown. And they know that, that's why this system is in place. Well after waiting for over 3 hours for not being able to claim my fairly won winnings I gave up to addiction and gambled through the winnings which were supposed to be in my wallet hours ago.

The scam itself is that they do not let the troubled gamblers who are excited about their winnings to withdraw their big winnings ASAP, willing for them to lose the winnings while waiting for owner or dev to "wake up" or appear, which takes hours (of course time needed for gambler to lose). Once you lose all issues are resolved and you get your cents you are left with (if any).

Please look at the pictures, when you lose you winnings the issue just resolves itself or if you want a full winnings you have to wait for hours. How is that not a scam?

Probably you confused me with some other player who had same issues.

You can also admit now that you freeze the withdrawals to scam back the funds players won.

The fact is that you do not let to user to instantly withdraw if user wins big.

Even if my stats would be 100k withdrawals and 2k depos, the whole issue lays you freezing the funds. That is a plain scam.

I had three cases of withdrawals which were odd and all crypto related:
1. Same error message when withdrawing 7k or so, after I threatened with scam report runehall himself "fixed" an issue and I managed to withdraw them all
2. I submitted withdrawal of 4-5k or so which was taking forever, during that time I redepod with my own funds and when I lost same as I won the withdrawal magically processed the same moment
3. The one mentioned in the post

Exactly... now he posted under my post, like i have adblock in my webbroswer... but Murk fixed once withdraw, and then 30 minutes later it didnt work again.

I never did gold withdrawal but I bet they have some method to hold you from withdrawing. Blaming intercom not working (yes multi million dollar company) is very convincing because to withraw gold you need to talk to cashier, so if they nerfed your access to chat - you cant talk to cashier and you cant withdraw. So that makes you wait for their "fix". Oh and lets ignore the fact that it was working fine also lets ignore the fact that you used multiple devices for same process.

@RuneHall seen the "evidence" you posted. You know what is funny? The little detail you forgot, can you explain it? I mean the self-exclude option is separate. I wonder what "frozen" status means

In your evidence post (which got deleted) you also ask why I waited to open this "baseless report". Well, was waiting to see if anyone else if experiencing the same issue, because if I would been alone and this was never reported before that would look just like another degen gambler crying after loss.

Now the situation is that it happened to me only with large withdrawals, had to wait for you for hours to "fix" an issue or even better issue fixed itself if the balance got lost or partially lost, now we also see that you have some mysterious "frozen" status in admin panel for each user, and also there is a clear pattern:

• large crypto withdrawal = "invalid address" or shit like that error and user can't do a thing about it, just to join your discord, wait for higher staff to appear, which takes hours - that's a fact
• large gold withdrawal = "issues" with intercom, intercom magically stops working, you blame adblock, ignoring the fact that same user used different devices, it was working on same device before and intercom still working on other accounts = nothing suspicious? And ofcourse the users has to wait for hours to withdraw the winnings until you "fix" an issue. How you even fix that? What logical explanation you offer?

This trick to bait users loose their winnings would work once maybe but when it keeps happening on 2 large withdrawals and then other user reports almost the same but with gold... You can judge yourself.

Right now my balance is 0. My argument is that funds are frozen on purpose for players to lose when the withdrawal sum exceeds a certain amount (not sure what it is set on but the issue seems to happen when the sum is 5k+ USD). They pulled this trick on me twice. I am only claiming the sum lost while waiting for their fix for hours on a second balance. They should be held accountable as their scam works; it wouldn't be in place if it didn't. To draw you a better image of how this scam works, take, for example, a drug addict; place that drug addict in a room with a bag of drugs, lock the door for a few hours, and later blame the addict for consuming the drugs. I should get the whole sum I won and was supposed to get the moment I decided to take rest time and clicked withdrawal, and instead was left hanging with a juicy sum in my balance for hours. TWICE.

There are a variety of reasons which a crypto withdrawal may provide an error, but as it was late night it would have been around 4-5h for the developer or myself to come on and be able to see the error and resolve the issue for the user. The user is claiming he is too addicted to use the vault feature, and did not even take note of the self-exclusion feature but he would have the self control to withdraw? That does not seem to check out as when he made the ticket he could have self-excluded and waited 5 hours and been able to have this resolved, when 5 hours is less than what many major bookie/casino sites take to process their withdrawals. Unfortunately the users lack of self-control and refusal to even take a few clicks to hit self-exclude (while he was willing to make a ticket in discord) leaves us limited in our ability to help him. The user is a returning customer and by his own admission has cashed out thousands before. If he is unwilling to wait some hours/ make use of the self-exclude in the period of day when the myself and the developer are inaccessible that does not leave us able to assist him and we can’t be liable when he decides he would like to profit more before cashing out.

It prevents peer-to-peer actions and activities like tipping, duels, and poker in such instances. Since we have a manual withdrawal system, we can easily cancel withdrawals if they are proceeds of bug exploits. Therefore, we never freeze withdrawals.

You are saying "there are a variety of reasons which a crypto withdrawal may provide an error", name them please. I am specifically interested in two cases which happened to me. What were the problems?

It happened twice to me, always the same "bug" when a 5k+ withdrawal. Somehow doesn't happen for withdrawals under 5k or even funnier when the balance held gets jeeted while waiting for you or at least half-jeeted. That is a fact - "bug" fixed itself when half of the balance was given back to you.

You also blame self-control basically saying - oopsy we couldn't do anything, the user himself is to blame - I want to add that on Discord I asked for manual withdrawal in both cases. Somehow, both times my appeal for manual withdrawal was rejected, and I was made to wait for hours for you to wake up or appear or whatever reason you can think of to explain yourself (BOTH CASES). Interesting that you, yourself saying - "Since we have a manual withdrawal system" - doesn't seem like manual withdrawal was meant to be an issue when I asked for it in the Discord ticket.

Frozen feature, that is the best explanation you could come up with? Seems like you have a ban feature for exploiters as seen in one of the scam reports here on Sythe. Fun thing, this feature was never mentioned on your Discord anywhere by anyone. Mind adding proof, showing that the team ever discussed the use of this feature to stop the exploiters (let's ignore the fact that you ban the abusers)? You can literally come up with any silly explanation you wish; you could even say you use it when an account is outdated or some security flags arise or whatever. But provide the proof of it being used for what you say you use it for and that it was discussed between the team in that context you provided.
