How they scammed: Were not able to make withdraw ticket, but deposite were open to go. also did let my friends try to use withdraw, tickets opened for them...

when i tried to claim bonus code, i had same issue without letting me claim it, when admin did something, i were able to.

Yes, i lost gp after 24h waiting for withdraw ticket to come up, i even changed pc / tablet / mobile, still same issue were. but problem is, when my friends tried to cashout some money, ticket were up instantly.

i made discord ticket already week ago, and problem is not taken care of still. They let only depo without withdraw.


Admin does something and promo code claim were available on account after i told i cant claim even promo code. But didnt want me to cashout GP.

 

The user was able to create the withdrawal order successfully the only issue is that he was not able to open the intercom chat to speak with the cashier. And as he was told, that usually happens when there is an adblocker enabled. We've had users with similar issues in the past and it always turned out to be an issue with their browser.

@RuneHall please tell me, why i were not able to claim bonus code. i made also 1 ticket before about wouldnt be able to withdraw, then Murk fixed something for 30 minutes, and after that, my withdraw tickets did not show up again... i dont even have these things in my browser. dont come up with bullshit

Why does my deposite ticket coming up when i have issues with withdraw, exactly the same thing... plesae tell me how come Intercom not working same on deposite..... please expalin me that

 

Also, you are saying, using different computers, phones, even tablet... withdraw ticket never show up for me, stop saying fake words. everywhere i tried, i got same income, withdraw ticket were not coming up at all.

 

1. i made ticket for first withdraws of osrs GP, Murk fixed problem, (not able to show ticket proof because it was closed) were able to cashout 400m GP Total Lõikeriist (gyazo.com) 1m deposites there shows, i were able to deposite, but withdraw tickets didnt want to come up at all. after 1st 1m deposite, Admin Murk did something and i were able to cashout 400m in total GP, then 2nd deposite shows, i were not able to cashout again but were able to deposite (tried phone, Laptop, Table PC, went to friend place to try also, nothing did show up)

2.that 400m were cashed out by time when Murk (runehall admin) did something and i were able to make withdraw tickets for ~30-60 minutes. I went to sleep, woke up in the morning to cashout rest of money (2250m), and isse with withdraw ticket again, didnt come up like it was first time.
100% they are able to disable your withdraw ticket, claiming i have adblock or some other shit in my browser, phone, table pc or any other browser / place i used, were all same problem.

3. Rango aka other Admin had to take a look. Been week without any respond from them at all. 4. that im up 2k, means totally nothing, they can make you to lose it all because when somebody up, they just trying to make them lose to get addicted.

5.If i wont get my 2250m, I claim runehall scam 100% no doubt and should be removed from sythe.

6.Runehall should be 100% banned from sythe.

i lost my gp because they made claims like i have adblock, or what ever so on web browser, but how come Deposite ticket came up all the time, same time withdraw ticket didnt show up at all. Im 100% sure there were some frezen activity on my account, i was not able to cashout, once when Murk fixed for me, i was able to take out 400m (from 2650m), and then next morning i had same issue, account not able to cashout, yet able to cashin. Like Runehall said in this post, i had issue with "adblock", eventho i dont even have it on my pc, Same with OTHER COMPUTER, PHONE, APPLE TABLET. where ever i tried to cashout, i couldnt do it. Perfect way to scam. for me, thats a bs to blame adblock while having some "frozen" thing in their power.

Not sure as to what update you are looking for as the user did not make use of the self-exclude function nor refrain from gambling while there was clearly issues with Intercom. At the time staff went through the general troubleshooting with the user for the indicated issue which of course does not always work as we do not have access to the users device and can require developer attention at times if there are issues, or in the case of an issue with Intercom waiting for it to be resolved. A delay in cashing out due to technical issues is not a scam clearly, particularly with the availability of the self-exclude function to prevent gambling until withdrawal. As we strive to provide the best service possible in all aspects even when reliant on some third party services such as intercom we are willing to offer 250M as a goodwill gesture to the user to resolve this amicably.

 

What kind of BullS*it is this, Then tell me, how come DEPOSITE TICKET came up on me when i tried 1m deposite same time, but withrdaw did not, saying some issues were having is absolute BS

 

@Andy Also my request for previous ticket has been not taken care still, i did ask " Where i can find my first ticket" (also tagged moderators), i have been ignored in ticket for 2+ nicely weeks. i want to show, how my withdraw was taken care one night before next morning when i were not able to cashout AGAIN.

It seems that @RuneHall doesn't care about this and two other posts. I suggest also taking care of their partner @CheapGP, as it is the main place where RuneHall buys and sells gold (gp) from other people on the website.
