Account "Blockman11" Suspected Hacking

Hi,

I just received emails from sythe today saying that my password had been changed. I did not make this request. I tried to send a new email to reset my password but did not get an email in the intended address.

Any help would be great, thanks

You were indeed hacked and i've placed a temp DNT on your account. Can you please fill in the below:

Have you been hacked or banned due to suspicion of being hacked? Please provide us with as much of the following information to assist in the return of your account.

1. Post from your normal, home IP address.
2. Supply us with the current email connected to your account.
3. If you have a recovery phrase, please provide that. (This is something you would have set when you created your account.)
4. Include a virus scan screenshot to ensure that your computer is not infected.

NOTE: If the email connected to your account includes your name, feel free to expedite the recovery with a blurred version of your ID showing your name. The same goes for if your account has your birthday/year. (We can cross-match this information to make your recovery quicker.)

Unsure of some of the info? Posting from home may be enough, but if it isn't, we can possibly give hints based off of IP.

I am currently on vacation for the holidays so I won't be able to post from the normal IP until early January.

How do I upload images or send you images for ID / Virus Scan results. I wouldn't want them to appear in a publicly viewable chat.

No problem, just post from your home IP when you can. You can upload images on imgur and post it directly in this section. All sensitive information will be redacted from the public.

The IP you're posting from isn't an exact match with the IPs on the account/not the same IP you originally posted from. Can you list off some previous ISPs/locations you might've accessed Blockman11 at?

Hey, I am a student and just moved into a new building for the new semester with a new internet provider, that is very close to the old place (should be very similar IP) but not the exact IP.

I know in the past I have logged in from IP in the [redacted] (please redact) area and in the [redacted] (please redact).

I can also provide an ID with the name on the email registered to the account, but I would prefer to email you directly rather than post it on imgur.

 

Please provide a picture of your ID as you no longer are posting from an IP that matches the account. You may block out any irrelevant information to protect yourself. The picture will be hidden from the public.

After you've done so, please give me a new and unused email to add onto the account as well.

I've changed the email to the one you've provided and sent a manual password reset. Please check your inbox. I've also lifted the DNT on the account. I highly suggest for you to put 2FA on the account.
