Problem downloading JDK!!!

Ok, im trying to put some more scripts onto my rsbot. I've added scripts correctly, clicked complie.bat and it says i need tools.jar (which by looking aroung i know i need JDK).

Went onto website to download, tried downloading the 32 bit version. When downloading it runs for about 10 secs downloads about 10% then restarts itself.
So i then tried downloading the 64 bit version. This one downlaoded fine, but then when its on the computer it wont open and give me an error message "The installation package is not supported by this processor type, Contact your product vendor".
I then tried downloading the Windows Intel Itanium version, this one also completes teh download but then i get the same error message as the 64 bit version.

I have had a look what processor i have in my laptop and it is a "Mobile AMD Sempron(tm) Processor 3100+", and also im running my laptop on Windows XP.

Does anyone know which version i should download and why it won't download. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
