Debonair is a ban evader

Why you think they are ban evading:
As you see from the report title the skype name scamming him was LeagueOfLegends with the skype name "rspsseller" as posted by the person handling the report;
You have to delete the space between the dash and the word "name", seeing as I had to space it out or else the link wouldn't work.

Also if you check this person's report, Debonair shows up as an IP match for several other banned accounts, including LeagueOfLegends;
