Fragment Message

I know about the wrong spelling error comes up (underlines the word in red) but I think there should be a "Fragment (consider revising)" function. I've gotten this idea from Microsoft word, where if you put a sentence that is incorrect, it gets underlined and then you can get this menu by right clicking it:
