Just change your IP, recover account, appeal the offense saying you were hacked, recover it once more, and voila. It should be reduced to a 10 day ban or completely gone.

As for an actual appeal in this scenario, just say you hadn't played in a month or two and you come back home, try to log on and your stuff is changed, so you recover and WHAT?!, you're banned? You were out of the state with family! You were hacked and would like to not be punished for whatever dirty deeds this miscreant performed while on your account.

Fail. They will see that the IP that botted was the IP that created the account, and they will know that you merely changed your IP hoping to get unbanned.

There is no way to get unbanned for rule 7. All there is... is extreme luck. Sorry!

I think you have made a slight mistake, I would never do anything wrong that stops me from enjoying an entertaining and fun online game such as this one.
