    Ruby Pardon

    Greetings Sythe moderators and staff,
I’m sitting here today, writing this pardon to you and the community you stand to secure and protect from fraudulent activity, since I have commited an unforgivable infraction of your rules. Mistake that I should have come forward with 3 years ago, when my first sythe account was banned (Zib190). http://www.sythe.org/members/300712-zib190.html
    My old email: [email protected]
I would like to add that I am in no way shape of form connected to the banned user “Zib”, the name is purely coincidental.
I will now proceed to explain all of the negative claims on my previous account.

I had joined sythe in 2011 with the intention of trading runescape gold and accounts. I seeked no harm to anyone since no evil had ever been comitted to me within this community. I bought gold a couple of times and traded some accounts, one of which was owned by a player with the name MariusBe (http://www.sythe.org/members/299587-mariusbe.html). He was selling his chaotic maul pure, which I bought from him without any concern in my mind about this guy’s intentions. (http://www.sythe.org/characters-level-100-149/1189308-two-awesome-accounts-sale.html) As you can see from the last post in his thread, I had confirmed to the purchase of this account:

After a while playing on the account I realized it just wasn’t for me, which led me to sell the account about a week later. (http://www.sythe.org/characters-level-100-149/1198902-selling-lv82-chaotic-pure-paypal-rsgp.html)

I was contacted by a user under the name “idkmyjill” (http://www.sythe.org/members/307082-idkmyjill.html).
He offered to buy the account from me for a reasonable price. After the transaction was complete we went our separate ways. To my surprise, he had contacted me two days after the sale to ask me why I had hacked the account. Confused, I asked him what he meant, since I had no intentions of ever recovering it. I contacted the original seller who ignored all my emails and calls. Then I realized what had happened. I offered my buyer a main account and a pure in exchange for the misunderstanding, which he accepted gladly and owns to this very day. Conflict was solved.

Now comes the account sharing incident that certainly meant me digging my own grave.
The site was introduced to me by a very close friend of mine at school once he had heard of my desieres to buy runescape gold.
    His email: http://www.sythe.org/members/346634-exot.html
I had known this guy since pre-school, and although he was a sort of bully I considered him a friend. By the time he had approached me with his request, I had already established myself in Sythe with some small purchases. He requested my account for a sale of left over pins since his account had been banned. Before handing him any details I questioned him about said ban. Scamming, he responded, which was the biggest red flag there could ever be.
    His accounts:

    http://www.sythe.org/members/346634-exot.html
I didn’t let his business mix with mine, and allowed him to use it. My knowledge of the sythe rules was vague and practically centered around the market place rules. My fault entirely since I should’ve read the rules. I stopped using my account since I walked away from runescape for a while. Soon his past caught up to him, and to my disgrace he was using my account. I let it go since I had no intentions in ever using the site again as a result of me quitting runescape.
Something should’ve been done, explanations were necessary, and apologies were to be given to any affected by his activity.
By the time I decided to pick up runescape again I believed it was too late for any of this. I thought that everyone had forgotten about the incident and nothing would ever sprout from it. I had no guilt in my should since I had never knowingly scammed anyone while I was in sythe. I couldn’t have been more incorrect. Recently all of this information surfaced, leaving me in the mess I created for myself the moment I trusted someone else with my Sythe account.
However, since my re-integration to sythe December of last year, I have been running a completely legitimate business. I pride myself in the vouches I received in such a short period of time, and the trust I gained. I am deeply and generously sorry for everything I did in the past. My behavior since I created Ruby should be acknowledged during the consideration of my reformed and more mature character. Mistakes were made and some were affected, I wish I could take back the past but since there is no way to, I vowed to never break a single rule instituted by the staff ever again.
As to why the different IP addresses frim Ruby in janurary I traveled from Chile to Japan the 6th. While making stops in California and Atlanta before arriving to Japan I logged in to sythe from the airports. I have pictures of my flight tickets and everything to prove it was me who logged in from those locations. I will send them if requested.
Quoting my dispute I beg you to look into my sythe history, the IPs and emails. It's all there. I can't thank you enough for your time, and if this is the last post I ever make on the site I just want to let you know how much I loved being a part of this accepting community. I apologize for the inconvenience.
