"Rubio" Attempted Scammer?

Rubio left me multiple posts on my topic, as I was selling a World of Warcraft account. He agreed to pay 26M RSGP for it, and we started talking on MSN.
Here's the conversation.

You can eventually see at one point, his story gets a little messed up.

First he wasn't able to log in at all, then later in the conversation he said he logged in, and logged out, and the password didn't work then.

Also, if someone was about to trade 26M for something else, why wouldn't they be willing to show the 26M in game, not trade it, just confirm they actually have it?

I'd expect a member with as many vouches as him, and posts, showing he's been here a while to be more trustworthy.

At this time he has my account, password changed, recovery options changed, possibly unrecoverable.
