Explanation of the trade: $13.37 paypal for OSRS Gold

How they "scammed": Tried to purchase a tiny amount of osrs gold a week ago (June 22). Due to my location being in China and only having a chinese phone number, I could not complete the verification steps. It was decided and agreed to cancel the order for a refund. Not refunded yet after a week - Now June 29th. I believe this is plenty of time to review business transactions and oversee chatlogs, etc.

Note: I know Ruben is pretty legit. I used to speak to him often in 2018 and did a few trades back then. However, I believe this is very poor management and organization. I also tried to contact his live chat yesterday but received not response.

Rather than set reminders on my phone for $13.37, I'll post this here as it may help prompt a response.
