Bought a santa hat, OMM stole + seller didn't provide

as i cannot get in contact with NSC619

I payed 35$ for the santa hat which was middlemanned by a guy named "Jack Goff" who was invited to chat by NSC619

The middleman hasn't given me the santa hat after telling me to meet world 54 falador east bank

I'm trying to contact paypal but having issues with them, apparently I can't get a dispute open.

^ still leaving chat log in there from both skypes as they were both involved real or not

did an ip check and both accounts are linked to this person. so he's the culprit in both playing the roll as "fake omm" + "seller" and if I'm not mistaken we sign up with an tos during registration, so what's up with this?

 

That isn't Jack Goff's Skype. That is an imposter.
