Zealous scamming and not finishing service after 1+month

Explain the serviceaid for him to do tutorial island on 20 accounts a very long time ago , been over 1 month and he has only done it on 8 accounts.

i told him over a month later and he said he will do them but that is not what was agreed , it doesnt take over a month for a 1 hour tops service and he also got one of my accounts banned while questing.
Other relevant trade screenshots: also paid for him to quest one of my accounts and the account was banned for botting the next day after he told me his mule got banned 'wrongly' for botting.
