rswizard scamming me.

Explanation of the trade: I was buying runescape private server items off this user and i sent him the money we both agreed on, then he says give me more money basically, and we already agreed on the price well before this. there is another user that posted on his thread around the same time as me saying he took his 2m payment and logged off the game.
How they scammed: we both agreed on $8.81 for his runescape private server items, then when i sent him the money he demanded more money and i told him we already agreed on the price, but if you give me the items, i will send you the extra money, and he said no, now he is just ignoring me on skype and i told him i was going to make a scam report.
