PinkielovesEU scammer

So, I was selling a PaySafecard worth 25€ to PinkielovesEu for 65m RSGP. We had traded before, succesfully, so I went first again. I give him the code and wait, then he says it doesn't work. So I type the code again, and he starts accusing me of giving a wrong code. So I go to the PaySafecard website to check the credit on the card and it says 0. I check completed payments and it shows 2 payments to buy NX, what he previously admitted to intend to buy. Then he goes offline, accusing me of lieing. (Tell me, who usually goes offline, the scammer or the person who got scammed?)
