I made the transaction, I logged in and changed the password, then I got bumped out of the game, and when I tried logging in, I had the wrong password. He also never sent the recovery documents. He is a scammer.

Here is an update of what he just typed me. Really need a mod or someone with authority here.

LIAR if the ICT-coordinator of your campus shut down the internet why did you have time to change your password within SECONDS of me getting the account? He just "takes the money and runs" How is that not a fraud? Luckily I paid with PayPal and was able to put in a claim to reverse the charges.

 

Hammered, I was on msn with him and he is sketchy as hell. Hammered until resolved.
