swap stand ban evading ban

okay so i was banned like 6 months ago, it was because one of my ranks scammed another and he put it on here and reported me when i wasnt even the one who scammed, so i think he was banned on here and i cant really contact him but i think it was like a 300m rs3 scam and i refunded him like 200m of it what can i do to get this ban finally lifted im tired of this, when its not even my fault but ill do whatever it takes to take it off please let me know what i should do , thanks
